The ET Group has a wide range of experience in proving guidance and planning advice to majors from industries such as Banking, Real Estate, Insurance, etc. The group is especially skilled in analysing and planning for market conditions hitting the Real Estate industry.

Testimony to their consulting experience is their work with Asirvanam Benedictine Monastery. The ET Group helped complete the land dealings and processes related to the monastery. The group also helped streamline the acquisition of 50-acres of land for the Malhar and Rajarajeshwari projects. In association with Good Earth, ET Group helped develop home and workspaces like Terrace Gardens in Bangalore. The group associated with Claret Nivas and dealt with a 7-acre land property deal for Oceanus groups. They also helped complete the land acquisition process for Oceanus Breeze Carmelaram and the Oceanus Gardens, both in Bangalore.

The team at ET Group also partnered with Venkataramanan Associates (VA) for developing many of their projects in Bangalore. They also worked with the prestigious Value Design Build Pvt. Ltd. (VDB) for the construction of VDB Celedon.


The ET Group was also instrumental in setting up the Moogambigal Charitable and Educational Trust in 1992 which pioneered many medical, dental, engineering and paramedical service lines.
